Make sure you are using only the last seven digits of the tracker ID from the sticker on the tracker, as both the account and password. The tracker ID is marked below for reference.
If you have already installed the tracker and the sticker is not visible, send it a SMS with the text check*12345678 - it will reply with the serial number in the first part of the SMS it sends back.
If you are still having issues logging in, please contact us, as your specific tracker ID may require manual activation by the remote operator.
