Retirement of Benefits A, B & C (2026) — added 01/10/26 - effective 1 Nov 2026
From 1 November 2026, Club Benefits B (Free Wi-Fi in Store), A (Cruisin' Club Price Promise), and C (Hassle Free Returns)* are retired. Club Benefits D (Specials & Offers), E (Previews), and F (Online) continue unaffected. This change is made under clause 3.0.*Purchase history stays under your Online account benefits. The 30-day change of mind window and returning online orders in-store are both now standard for every customer.
